Our 10-Day Asana Immersion is a powerful opportunity for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners to reignite their practice, refine their technique, and return to the roots of asana. Set in the serene surroundings of our Goa retreat centre, this training is all about depth, precision, and embodiment.

Led by Yogacharya Lalit and senior members of our teaching team, this immersion combines intensive daily asana practice with focused workshops on alignment, adjustments, and intelligent sequencing. You’ll receive expert guidance to break through physical and mental plateaus, expand your understanding of the postures, and enhance your teaching skills—all while reconnecting with your love for the practice.

Whether you’re seeking continuing education, inspiration, or simply a deeper dive into asana, this immersion offers a supportive and structured space to grow.
