Join Himalaya Yoga Valley for a transformative 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training rooted in authentic tradition and delivered by highly experienced Indian and international teachers. This immersive, four-week programme blends traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga systems with modern teaching methodology, anatomy, and professional development. We only bring our training to Europe once a year, to our second home in Ireland. It’s your opportunity to get traditional teaching close to home.
